Weekend recap

Well, this past weekend was a busy one.  First, Marina turned 10 on Friday!

We went to In N Out for dinner and had Coldstone ice cream afterwards.  :)

On Saturday, I spent my day scrappin!  Kind of an early Mother's Day gift to myself LOL

It was about 40 miles away, which is the furthest I've ever gone for a crop, but I had a great time!

Then Sunday, of course, was Mother's Day.  Although we just hung out at home, it was still busy.  I spent the day doing dishes, cleaning up, chasing after the little ones, etc.  My hubby went out and grabbed lunch for everyone, and also cooked dinner, so at least I didn't have to cook :)

The only thing I really wanted for Mother's Day was a nice picture of me and the kids.  We got a few pretty good ones. 

I also got some good pics of myself with each child individually.  Those turned out really cute :)

Well, now I have plenty of pics to put in it!  I'll just change the year on the cover ;)

Well, that was my Mother's Day weekend.  What did you do?

Happy Easter!

Although Easter was later this year, I was in no way more prepared for it than if it were in March.  :(  
Easter day was busy, and we didn't even have time to give the kids their baskets.  They just got them last night!  Plus, I have been more stressed and frustrated than usual in the last week, so that made it even harder.  I'm glad it's over!  Hopefully there will be less stress around here for a while :)

Wow, two posts in one month!  I think that's a record for me. LOL

My Little Easter Bunnies.....

Since Easter is right around the corner, I thought I'd share a few layouts I did recently with last Easter's pictures. 

I still have one more layout to make for my 2nd daughter's album!  I am so far behind in my scrapping, too.  I wish it was only since last Easter, but I have tons of pics from 10 years ago that I haven't gotten to yet :(

The time goes so fast, it seems every month that goes by puts me another year behind in layouts!  The kids are getting big, school is almost out for the year... so many changes coming our way!  My oldest starts High School in August.  Wow!  DD#2 turns 10 next month and is going into 5th grade.  My youngest daughter will turn 4 this summer!  And my sweet little boy is almost 15 months old already!  AND, this summer we will welcome another little one!  Hopefully another boy ;) 

I'm almost 24 weeks and the time is flying by.  It seems like last week I was only 15 or 16 weeks along.  I'm big as a house already too! LOL 

Well, that's it for a quick update... hopefully I'll blog more soon!
